Private invitation for the SLE waitlist

Your disability is part of your life.
It's time to lead with it.

You don't have to wait for the world to become fully accessible before you start building a life that works for you. And you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.

You've already raised your hand by joining the waitlist. Now you have the first opportunity to enroll in the Self-Leadership Experience, before we open registration to the public.

The bigger question

What becomes possible when you're no longer spending so much energy fighting yourself?

For many disabled people, a life with disability means constantly adapting, masking, overexplaining, pushing through, or waiting for someone else to make room. Ableism is real. Barriers are real. And the responsibility to make the world more accessible belongs to all of us.

But the existence of those barriers doesn't mean you have to put your own growth on hold.

We can hold systems accountable without handing them complete responsibility for the quality and direction of our lives.

The Self-Leadership Experience (SLE) is built around that distinction. It's an eight-module leadership development experience where disabled adults learn to recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, develop emotional leadership, own their needs, build meaningful support, and take action from a place of self-respect.

This is not about becoming more palatable to an inaccessible world. It's about building the skills to lead your life with disability included.

Real skills. Real support. Real application.

This is an experience, not just a collection of videos.

Learn

Eight guided training modules and accessible, customizable worksheets to help you turn insight into action.

Get coached

You'll be paired with a trained SLE graduate serving as your Support Coach, with guidance and implementation support throughout your cohort.

Practice together

Join live virtual office hours with Charlie, workshop real-life questions, and learn alongside a community of disabled adults.

Integrate

Dedicated integration weeks create space to practice what you're learning instead of rushing from one lesson to the next.

Apply it in real life

Develop practical approaches to emotional regulation, boundaries, disability disclosure, advocacy, accommodations, and support.

Keep growing

Your early enrollment bonuses include lifetime curriculum access and opportunities to return to live office hours during future active cohorts.

Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per learning-module week. The December cohort runs December 7, 2026 through February 12, 2027, including a two-week holiday break and integration time.

The SLE leadership development model

Four phases. Eight modules. A different way forward.

We begin with the way you understand yourself, then build the emotional, relational, and practical skills to lead in your work and life.

Phase 1 · Modules 1–2

Build Internal Awareness

Set meaningful goals and recognize the beliefs, ableist messages, and protective patterns shaping your relationship with disability. Begin separating who you are from what you've been taught to believe about yourself.

Includes goal-setting and affirmations work, along with examination of limiting beliefs and disabled authority.

Phase 2 · Modules 3–4

Build Emotional Leadership

Develop mindfulness and emotional-regulation tools that help you respond rather than react. Practice radical acceptance, not as approval of injustice, but as recognizing reality clearly enough to decide what to do next.

Phase 3 · Modules 5–6

Be Authentic

Explore disability identity, labels, masking, and disclosure. Build boundaries rooted in self-respect and learn to communicate your needs without apologizing for them.

Phase 4 · Modules 7–8

Create Community

Practice self-advocacy, identify accommodations, strengthen your support systems, and redefine independence so that receiving support becomes part of leading your life, not evidence that you're falling short.

You're not alone in this work

What SLE graduates have shared

“The work we did laid a foundation for me to move forward as a leader—both in title and in how I show up. I now communicate clearly, set boundaries, and contribute to my organization in a way I never could before.”

Mira, SLE alumna

“Working with Charlie has significantly helped me transform into the confident leader I am today. Through the use of creating boundaries, building resilience, implementing action plans and having the confidence to advocate for my needs, I have been able to flourish in my professional life as a confident leader.”

Scarlett, SLE alumna

Individual experiences vary. These reflections are from prior SLE participants.

Meet your facilitator

I'm Charlie Kramer.

I'm a blind disability leadership coach, a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), and a certified mindfulness instructor. I've spent years supporting disabled adults in building the confidence, skills, and personal agency to lead their lives.

I created this experience because accessibility matters deeply, but access alone doesn't undo internalized ableism, create emotional regulation skills, or teach us how to advocate for the support we need.

I believe disabled people deserve more than survival, and more than constant resilience. We deserve the opportunity to lead full lives with disability included.

That's the work we'll do together.

Who this is for

You don't need to have everything figured out to begin.

SLE is designed for disabled adults across a range of experiences, backgrounds, and career stages, including people with physical, sensory, cognitive, neurodivergent, and mental-health-related disabilities.

You might be ready for this experience if you've been navigating disability largely on your own, find it difficult to ask for support, feel caught between acceptance and frustration, or want to lead with more confidence in your relationships, work, and daily life.

What matters isn't having the “right” disability story. It's being willing to look inward, practice new skills, and take ownership of what is within your control while remaining honest about the systems that need to change.

Questions you may have

Everything you need to know before you decide.

When does the program begin and end?

The December cohort begins December 7, 2026 and runs through February 12, 2027. It includes a two-week holiday hiatus and integration weeks for putting the material into practice.

How much time should I plan for?

Plan for approximately two to three hours per learning-module week for the training, worksheets, and application. Participation in optional support opportunities may add to that time.

Will I be working directly with Charlie?

Charlie teaches the curriculum and leads cohort office hours. You'll also be paired with a trained Support Coach. If you enroll during the fast-action offer, you'll receive one separate private coaching session with Charlie at graduation or shortly afterward.

What are integration weeks?

They are intentional practice weeks, not new content weeks. You'll revisit tools, notice what's working, and apply the material to situations in your life, with support from your coach during your enrolled cohort.

What does lifetime access to office hours include?

After graduating, you may return to join live office hours whenever SLE is running an active cohort, so you can continue learning and engaging with the community. Lifetime access does not include future worksheet reviews or ongoing individual Support Coach guidance. Office hours are available when active cohorts are offered, rather than on a continuous schedule.

Is the program accessible?

Accessibility is foundational to our work. SLE uses digital training, virtual calls, and customizable worksheets. If you have specific access requirements, please contact our team before enrolling so we can discuss your needs and confirm the available formats and supports.

What if I am nervous about investing this amount?

That's understandable. This page explains what's included so you can decide whether the experience is right for you. You can contact our team with questions about fit and available payment arrangements before committing. Please do not assume a payment plan is available until confirmed.

Is SLE therapy or crisis support?

No. SLE is a coaching and leadership development experience, not psychotherapy, treatment, or emergency support. Coaches help you apply leadership tools; they do not replace your medical or mental health professionals.

What happens after the private-access deadline?

Your dedicated waitlist-first enrollment window closes November 2. Enrollment may reopen more broadly during the November bootcamp, subject to remaining capacity. The stated regular price after November 20 is $2,497 without fast-action bonuses.

Can I ask a question before enrolling?

Absolutely. Reply to the waitlist invitation email that brought you here with your question. There's no separate Q&A call required to join.
