Finding Strength in Disability is a free coaching channel I created to connect with you throughout the week. Here, I share the same tools, practices, and processes I use every day with my disability coaching clients 2–3 times per week, at no cost to you. My goal is simple: to help as many people with disabilities as possible build self-worth, lasting confidence, and a resilient mindset.
