The Disability Reimagined Membership

A community where disability is reimagined into identity, pride and possibility.

Join a supportive space designed by and for people with disabilities where coaching, connection, and empowerment come together.

I was born with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a genetic condition that causes gradual vision loss. By age 15, I was declared legally blind and told I’d never be able to drive — I was devastated. For years, I did everything I could to hide my disability. I avoided using my white cane, never asked for accommodations, and believed being open about my experience would only hold me back. Over time, through emotional regulation, mindfulness, and acceptance, I began to shift.

I learned to share my disabled identity with pride, and today I feel deeply grateful to be an active member of the disability community. I love using my cane, and I embrace both the challenges and the unexpected gifts my blindness brings.

For the past five years, I’ve worked as a certified coach, mindfulness instructor, and accessibility professional (CPACC). In that time, I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of people with disabilities across the spectrum — helping them build resilience, grow their careers, strengthen relationships, and develop the self-advocacy skills to live with pride and confidence.

I created The Disability Reimagined Membership to build a community where people with disabilities are truly seen, heard, and supported — a place to show up as your full disabled self alongside others who are also committed to growth.

This membership blends the power of community with the guidance of coaching, giving you space to learn, connect and thrive together.

  • Chase

”Before I started working with Charlie, I was in a pretty dark place in my life. I had debilitating social anxiety, I was ashamed of my disability, and I had no ambitions for my future. Now I feel like I’m a whole new person. I have dreams and aspirations for my future, and I’m learning to love myself for who I truly am. For the first time in my life I’m excited for what lies ahead.”
